Event Details

Join us for the first area YL Fit Event.  At this event you will learn how to incorporate Young Living products into your everyday routine to enhance your health and wellness, be introduced to three different types of workouts to find one that fits your style and comfort (for all fitness levels), have fun, and walk away inspired to continue on your health and wellness journey.

Products will be availble to try at the event and you will receive a Swag Bag with samples of NingXia Red, NingXia Nitro, NingXia Zyng, Wolfberry Crisp bar, and Slique tea.

* Substitutions may be made in the event that a product is out of stock.

Early Bird registration $35 and increases to $45 on September 14.  Seating is limited so reserve your spot today!

What to bring with you: A yoga mat (optional, if you have one), water bottle, notebook and pen, and positive attitude! Also, make sure you are wearing comfortable clothes to move around in.

Elevate your Gym Bag with Young Living Essential Oils and Infused products – Kellie Carstens

A Registered Nurse and Certified Athletic Trainer, Kellie has been a Young Living Essential Oil member since 2014. After spending most of her career caring for others as a nurse, she decided to start focusing on her own health in 2009. By challenging her daily practices and eliminating those things in her life that were leading to disease, she discovered a new life path through natural health and wellness.

Eating for Health – Melissa Grandon

Educated in Exercise Science with a background as an NCAA Track and Field athlete, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience anywhere she goes. She actively practices the 5 essentials of Maximized Living to maintain true health and wellness and is a nutritional advisor at E.P. True Chiropractic. She has been a Young Living Essential Oil member for more than 3 years.

Enhancing Wellness: Mind, Body, Spirit –  Dani Phillips

Dani is a massage therapist and owner of Got Your Back, Inc. where she specializes in Raindrop technique using Young Living Essential Oils on her clients. She also practices Vibrational Raindrop and many other alternative modalities to help support overall wellness. She’s been an YLEO member since 2008.

Living 4:13 – Ben Carstens

Once tipping the scales at well over 400 pounds, Ben used a strict regimen of faith, exercise and nutrition to right his ship and lose 200 pounds. Named the #5 Most Inspirational Weight Loss Story of 2014 by the Huffington Post, he takes every opportunity he can to share his motivating story of health and redemption. Ben recently began working at Mission: Fitness as a coach and marketing director while also running his own marketing communications company. He has added Young Living Essential Oils to his daily wellness routine and shares them with gym members whenever he can.

Zumba – Katie McCune

A life-long health and fitness enthusiast, Katie is AFAA Group Fitness certified and holds certifications in PiYo, Zumba, Hoop Dance, Group Power, and is an ACE certified Personal Trainer. Also a Young Living Essential Oil distributor, she enjoys uplifting and encouraging others on their health and fitness journeys while using YLEO to positively impact lives.

Yoga – Trisha Oakley

Trisha has been passionate about health and fitness most of her life, but it wasn’t until she fell off the healthy living path in college that she found true health. Through her work at E.P. True Chiropractic, Trisha discovered the importance of a maximized mind. She started taking yoga and is now a certified Power Sculpt Yoga instructor and loves sharing Young Living Essential Oils with her students.

Functional Movements – Berniece Haroldson and Ben Carstens

Berniece has been a fitness instructor at Mission: Fitness since the fall of 2010 and currently has added gym manager to her duties. She’s an NCCA certified Personal Trainer and ISSA certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. In addition, she’s an avid Young Living Essential Oil advocate for her family and gym members.
